As flightscastle acts as an intermediary, we adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by the service provider. Please note that a full refund may not always be possible depending on their guidelines.
iii) How to Cancel : To cancel your booking, please call our customer service directly. We do not accept cancellation requests via email to ensure faster and more efficient assistance.
iv) No-Show Policy : In case you fail to show up for your scheduled booking without prior cancellation, no refunds or waivers of fees will be granted. It is important to arrive on time to avoid losing the value of your reservation.
i) Refund Process : Since flightscastle is a third-party service provider, refunds will be processed according to the service provider’s policies. flightscastle does not issue refunds directly, but we will support you in navigating the process with the provider.
ii) Refund Timing : Typically, refunds are processed within 10-15 business days. However, depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account. In exceptional cases, the process may take up to 60-90 days.
iii) Payment Method : Refunds will be credited to the same account used for the initial payment. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for refunds to be issued to different accounts or methods of payment.
iv) Service Fees :
